Concrete Structure Grout

Pozament Concrete Structure Grout is a high strength cementitious grout comprising of low alkali high specific area Portland cements and other cementitious binders combined with high purity aggregates and a system of compatible admixtures to achieve high in-service performance. This grout has high flow characteristics to achieve penetration and levelling with no bleed and zero shrinkage when placed at 0.18 water solid ratio.

CemThix Installation Grout

CemThix is a shrink compensated high early strength cementitious thixotropic grout that contains no chlorides. It is designed to produce a high strength grout or mortar for structural support of precast panels.

Cemrok Wet Spray Concrete

Cemrok Wet Spray Concrete is a range of high performance pre-blended repair materials for wet spray application. Cemrok Wet Spray Concrete is supplied in powder form and have a fine grained grey appearance in a dry state.

Cemrok Dry Spray Concrete

Cemrok Dry Spray Concrete is a range of high performance pre-blended repair materials for spray application. (Water is needed on site to achieve spraying consistency). Cemrok Dry Spray Concrete is supplied in powder form and have a fine grained grey appearance in dry state.

Cempack D4

Cempack D4 is a pre-blended shrink compensated cementitious mortar. When mixed with water it produces a mortar that can be used to fill holes, gaps and voids in concrete structures.

Cembed

Cembed is a pre-blended cementitious mortar which contains a special shrink compensating agent.

Caulking Range

Cemcaulk is a pre-blended accelerated set cementitious caulking compound readily mixed with water for application to concrete tunnel linings. The plastic shrinkage characteristics are low and the set compound affords a high level of resistance to sulphate and other chemical attacks when fully cured.

Cable Bolt Grout (CBG)

A grout suitable for rock and cable bolting must have some expansion to enhance bond and anchorage. It must provide protection to the bolts and cables in aggressive ground conditions, have an early gel time, and achieve a rapid strength development for early support. It must be easily mixed with water to a consistency that will flow through 6mm diameter apertures required when using GRP bolts and into any fractured ground around cable bolt holes. Grout effectiveness can be checked by using a rock bolt/cable bolt pull out test. This should not be carried out until the minimum cure period of 28 days.

Bentonite

Bentonite is blended from naturally occurring materials designed to provide high gelling, lubricative and suspension properties in grouts or slurries. The product is supplied in fine powder form and is off white/yellow in colour and has a flour type appearance.

Astrablend

Astrablend is a one bag monolithic packing material for use where long-distance pumping is not required. Astrablend is a high water usage system with reduced pH levels.
