Updating the status of a quote
To update the status of your quote, start by navigating to the Quotes page on the main menu.
On the Quotes page you can filter by Payment Status, Date Range and search by Ticket Number, PO Number and Doc Number. You can also sort the table by clicking any of the columns visible.
To view specific quote details, click on the quote number in the first column.
Click 'Request status update' and select from the following options:
Tender
Order to Place
Tarmac Supplied
Live Job
Job-Won No supplier awarded
Job-Won Awarded to Tarmac
Job-Won Not awarded to Tarmac
Job-Lost Delete quote
Job/Phase Completed
Finally, enter any additional information in the comments box and click 'Submit' to send your request.
