Tarmac, a leading building materials and construction solutions business, has achieved a globally-recognised accreditation for its commitment to inclusion and diversity in the workplace.
The Clear Assured Bronze Standard, from assessment body The Clear Company, is awarded to businesses which can demonstrate inclusivity and diversity are reflected across all policies and processes. It also marks a move beyond compliance towards a cultural shift.

The achievement is an acknowledgement of the efforts of our employees and leaders, underpinned by an ambition to foster and celebrate a fair and supportive culture that promotes opportunities for all – where everyone feels proud to be themselves.
“This independent verification shows that we’re heading in the right direction, with the foundations in place for us to build upon.”
