A factory manufactured low carbon Portland-fly ash cement. With a reduced embodied CO2 Phoenix is used in a wide range of construction applications, including but not limited to ready-mix concrete, precast concrete, concrete products, mortar, grout, render and screed. Phoenix offers the following benefits over traditional Portland Cements, reduces the risk of early-age cracking in large concrete pours, improves the surface finish of concrete, and offers improved durability against sulfate attack & aggressive ground conditions, and chloride ingress.
Phoenix is available in bulk tankers throughout Great Britain.

Concrete, mortars and grouts containing Portland Cements must be specified and used correctly for best performance.
The cement content must be correct and the water:cement ration as low as possible consistent with satisfactory placing, thorough compaction and effective curing.
Phoenix is manufactured from natural products, and slight shade variations may occur. Phoenix will also have shade variations from differing manufacturing centres.
Tarmac cannot be held responsible where workmanship has not been carried out in accordance with good practice.
