At Tarmac we offer a range of concrete products widely used across the highways network.

Roller compacted concrete (RCC) offers a paved concrete solution to fast and durable installation. Its lower water content means the flexual strength is greater than conventional concrete gaining 5.5Nmm² and above, which benefits applications of variable underlying foundation stiffness. Ultilayer Sami, another of our concrete solutions for pavements, counters the effects of reflective cracking caused by thermal expansion in the underlying concrete and the effects of traffic loading. Slag aggregates used in the concrete offer extreme durability.
