One Coat Render is a high quality, pre-blended formulation, for single coat application reducing total drying time. For use on solid substrates such as brickwork, blockwork and concrete, in moderate exposure conditions. Grey colour when dry. One Coat Render can be used For interior and exterior use and has been formulated for single coat application, reducing the total drying time and can be over coated once fully cured.

Where can One Coat Render be used?
Blockwork
When mixed with water one 25kg bag will cover approximately: 1.4m² at a depth of 10mm 0.5m² at a depth of 25mm.
Brickwork
One Coat Render should be added carefully to clean water, progressively mixing until a workable consistency is achieved. It is recommended that 4 to 5 litres of water is used per 25kg bag. To achieve the best results, use as little water as possible to give the correct workability.
Concrete
One Coat Render suitable for application with concrete. Please note, poorly keyed surfaces, for example smooth concrete, or substrates of uneven or high suction should be prepared with SBR. The manufactures’ instructions should be followed when using the SBR.
