Overview

Toplite is a versatile aircrete material which is able to provide solutions below ground in foundation walls, in suspended beam and block floors and all types of internal and external walling situations.

Toplite Standard blocks combine low unit weight with high thermal insulation and acoustic performance, in strengths from 2.9 to 7.3N/mm2. Toplite can be used below ground in foundation walls, in suspended beam and block floors and in all types of internal and external walls. Its use provides many benefits for specifiers and contractors, making it the natural choice where blockwork is specified.

Where can TOPLITE Standard be used?

General purpose walling

Toplite Standard can be used for all general-purpose walling applications including inner leaves, solid walls, internal partitions and walls below DPC.

Below ground in foundation walls

Toplite Standard have been designed so that they can be used below ground in foundation walls.

Sound separating walls

Toplite Standard and Toplite 7 is recommended for use in sound separating walls including those comforming to Robust Details E-WM-6, E-WM-15, E-WM-23, E-WM-24 and E-WM-30.

Loadbearing walls

All Toplite products are produced to Category 2 manufacturing control as defined in BS 5628-1.
