Ultibed Mortar 45 is an ultra-high performance rapid strength bedding mortar. With its rapid setting properties, Ultibed Mortar 45 can be opened to traffic just 45 minutes after being mixed and placed.
The techical data for Ultibed Mortar 45 is as follows;

The above figures are derived from laboratory testing at 20°C and at a WSR of 0.12.
The strenghth data for Ultibed Mortar 45 is as follows;
- After 45 minutes, compressive strength of 20.0 N/mm2 and flexural strength of 4.5 N/mm2
- After 4 hours, compressive strength of 25.0 N/mm2 and flexural strength of 6.5 N/mm2
- After 1 day, compressive strength of 45.0 N/mm2 and flexural strength of 7.5 N/mm2
- After 7 days, compressive strength of 60.0 N/mm2 and flexural strength of 8.0 N/mm2

The cleaning of equipment and tools should be carried out as soon as is practicable possible and away from the application area. Just use clean water to remove any excess mortar from tools and equipment.
